Location: Barcelona | Work Model: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid work permit | Languages: Spanish (mandatory) | Catalan (desirable) As our new **IT Project Manager**, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects end-to-end. You will manage internal teams, external partners, and client expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will oversee all operational aspects of assigned projects—from planning and design through implementation to final closure.**Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------- * Foster strong client relationships to ensure project goals and expectations remain aligned * Define project plans, schedules, resources, and budgets * Coordinate and manage internal teams, external vendors, and consultants * Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones * Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) * Ensure quality control across all deliverables * Manage changes, incidents, and corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle * Lead project closure activities, including documentation, handover, and lessons learned What We Expect From You: ### **Requirements:** * Proven experience managing technology projects end-to-end * Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong client orientation and commitment to requirement fulfillment * Outstanding organizational and time management skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision * Problem-solving ability and results orientation * Experience in collaborative consulting environments * Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments ### **Desirable:** * Experience working with multifunctional and distributed teams * Involvement in complex IT or digital transformation projects * Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
