




Job Summary: The Crewing Assistant position is responsible for controlling and monitoring all crew members assigned to a service, managing their schedules and resolving irregularities. A next-generation fleet equipped with state-of-the-art, sustainable technology. ***What will be my duties and responsibilities?*** The Crewing role oversees the control and monitoring of all crew members assigned to any type of service during the OCC’s operational management period, in compliance with applicable FTL (Flight Time Limitations) regulations: * Reviewing crew scheduling plans * Monitoring activities and rest periods * Maintaining and notifying changes made to crew schedules * Managing crews within the OCC environment * Confirming next-day services to crew members * Continuously monitoring flight operations and involved crew members * Taking action in response to irregularities affecting flight crew composition (e.g., use of reserves, delayed flight sign-offs, schedule changes...) * Managing and requesting crew transportation, hotel accommodations, and positioning flights when required * Supporting OCC staff in flight monitoring * Responding to crew calls **Requirements:** --------------- ***We’ll love you if you have...*** * FTL (Flight Time Limitations) and Fatigue training — preferred * Experience in crew monitoring — preferred * Fluent English proficiency * Ability to resolve irregularities effectively * Capacity for continuous learning * Knowledge of ticket reservations for crew positioning, hotels, ground transportation, etc. * Ability to work collaboratively with the Operational Control Center * Flexibility to work rotating shifts ***Additional assets include...*** * Crew scheduling experience * Flight Dispatcher certification * Experience with flight and crew tracking systems * Additional languages
