




Position Summary: Accounting/Administrative Analyst for Adsis Foundation, focused on legal compliance and efficient resource management for social projects. Key Highlights: 1. More information at: www.fundacionadsis.org **Position Description** Reporting directly to the Administration Manager and working closely with the General Services Administration and Finance team, as well as with administrative teams in territorial areas, this role will carry out accounting/administrative analysis, monitoring, and control tasks, ensuring legal compliance, adherence to deadlines, and fulfillment of formal requirements. All activities aim to ensure efficiency in the use and justification of resources allocated to the Foundation’s social projects. **Responsibilities** * Perform accounting management tasks (journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, invoicing, and tracking of receivables/payables). * Support the Area Manager and Management as an accounts analyst. * Assist in Treasury management: preparing on-demand reviews, cash control tasks, supplier payment processing, and remittances for members and donors. * Monitor project budgets and detect deviations. * Ensure entity tax compliance: preparing basic tax forms, supporting annual financial closing, and participating in internal and external audits. * Provide adequate support and advisory services to territorial areas in preparing economic reports and justifying public and private funding. * Handle official procedures before governmental agencies. * Actively collaborate with the rest of the team in consolidating the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP. * Contribute to identifying process improvement opportunities in area management. * Monitor updates in legislation, sector practices, and internal regulations. * Coordinate with various teams across different locations, as well as participate in Foundation workspaces, meetings, and training sessions in Spain. **Knowledge and Experience** * University degree at upper secondary or equivalent level in finance, accounting, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency (to be assessed during the selection process). * Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years performing duties similar to those described in this position. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Specialized training in taxation, accounting, finance, etc. * Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. * Knowledge of public grant legislation, quality management, anti-money laundering regulations, and data protection law. * Experience in the third sector. * Prior involvement with Adsis Foundation as a volunteer, intern, or employee. * Disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%. **Conditions:** * Group 2\.B — Application of the Bizkaia Social Intervention Collective Agreement. * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Location: General Services Office in Bilbao.
