Visit our webpage to get to know us better: https://www.weareplanet.com/hospitality Role overview: We are looking for a Program Manager – Soft Brands to take ownership of the day\-to\-day management and coordination of our soft brand partnerships. This role sits at the heart of how we support, scale, and evolve soft brands on our platform. You will manage ongoing brand operations, coordinate product enhancements and integrations, and ensure that soft brands are actively supported post\-signature — not treated as one\-off projects. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, Support, and Payments teams, acting as the operational glue that keeps soft brand programs moving forward in a structured and predictable way. This is not a sales role and not a product owner role — it’s a program and operations role focused on execution, coordination, and continuity. What You’ll Be Doing: Soft Brand Program Management* Act as the day\-to\-day program owner for assigned soft brand partnerships * Maintain oversight of live hotels, onboarding hotels, and upcoming pipeline per brand * Coordinate internal touchpoints to ensure brands are actively managed post\-go\-live Product \& Enhancement Tracking Own the tracking of product enhancements, integrations, and brand\-specific requirements Work with Product and Integrations teams to:* Validate requests * Track progress and dependencies * Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders * Ensure commitments made to soft brands are documented and followed through Pilot \& Rollout Coordination* Support pilots for new brands, modules, or integrations * Track pilot outcomes and adoption metrics * Coordinate transitions from pilot to wider rollout Cross\-Functional Coordination Act as a central coordination point between:* Product \& Engineering * Sales \& Account Management * Delivery \& Onboarding * Customer Success \& Support * Payments \& Commercial teams * Keep teams aligned on scope, timelines, ownership, and priorities Stakeholder Management* Support ongoing relationships with soft brand HQs and regional stakeholders * Prepare structured updates on progress, risks, and next steps * Help manage expectations and reduce reactive escalations Documentation \& Reporting* Maintain clear and up\-to\-date documentation (e.g. Confluence, trackers, program plans) * Provide regular program updates to leadership * Surface risks early and support mitigation planning What We’re Looking For Essential* 2–5 years’ experience in program management, project management, operations, or partner management * Experience working in SaaS, platform, or technology\-led environments * Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills * Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities * Excellent written and verbal communication * Confident using tools such as Confluence, Jira (or similar), CRM systems, and spreadsheets Nice to Have* Hospitality or hotel technology experience * Exposure to PMS, integrations, or payments * Experience managing post\-contract partnerships or portfolios * Familiarity with pilots, rollouts, or multi\-property programs Planet is an equal opportunity employer where diversity is valued, and all employment is decided based on qualifications, merit, and business need.
