We are establishing a Procurement Department to serve as a centralized purchasing hub for all sales points. This role will be pivotal in launching, standardizing, and consolidating a new operational model, ensuring efficiency in supplier management and cost optimization. This department will define optimal stock levels for each business unit and procure accordingly. What will your responsibilities be? * Participate in implementing the new procurement procedure and in standardizing processes. * Manage orders and procurement for sales points, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. * Analyze consumption patterns and requirements to maintain appropriate stock levels and prevent stockouts. * Coordinate with operations teams and sales points to align ordering and delivery schedules. * Propose process and procurement tool improvements. You are the ideal candidate if... * You have at least three years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within organized foodservice, restaurant groups, or the food industry. * You hold a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Logistics, Commerce, or a related field. * You possess knowledge of centralized purchasing processes and vendor management. * You are proficient in Excel and management tools (ERP systems, procurement platforms). * You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to interpret consumption data and optimize ordering.
