Manage the procurement process and monitor delivery plans. 2. Lead the identification, analysis, and resolution of production issues. 3. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing tools. What is the expected outcome?** At ITP Aero, we are looking for an **OPERATIONAL BUYER** to support our International Supply Chain Planning and Delivery Department for direct materials within the Statics and Structures Operational Unit. **What profile are we looking for?** * Positive attitude, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and initiative. * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field. * High level of spoken and written English (C1 or C2 preferred). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Procurement, Supplier or Customer Management, Planning, or Production Management. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to influence others without hierarchical authority. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SAP MM, and office software. * **What responsibilities will I have in my area?** * Manage the procurement process: analysis of supplier production signals/rhythms (orders and visibility), monitoring of delivery plans, teleconferences/visits/meeting minutes, WIP/early indicator control, dual sourcing management, delivery alerts, short/medium/long-term line-of-balance. * Manage supplier production and provide standardized production KPIs across the ITP Group: production rates (throughput, takt time), WIP tracking, LoB, lead time, etc. * Lead supplier operational reviews (capacity load analysis, production audits, value stream mapping, sub-tier assessments, layout reviews…) to develop investment/expenditure plans ensuring capacity acquisition. * Lead the identification, analysis, and resolution of capacity deficits and production issues across the supply chain. * Responsible for delivering a portfolio of supplies to ITP Group plants. * Internal coordination: teamwork within the Supplier Supply Management Team and Operational Unit; communication with line planners; identification of urgent transport needs; monitoring of receipts; prioritization of concession resolution, etc. Lead production management, planning, and delivery improvement projects based on Lean Manufacturing tools... * **This project will interest you if…** * You are passionate about the aerospace industry. * You are motivated to work for an internationally focused company undergoing rapid expansion. * You are drawn to production management within the supply chain. * **Who will I work with?
