Main responsibilities will include telephone and in-person customer service, as well as performing various administrative tasks specific to the position. Tourism-related education is considered a positive factor. Prior experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions is required. Proficiency in English is essential to communicate fluently with guests. Knowledge of additional languages will also be regarded as an advantage. Candidates must reside within a maximum radius of 25 kilometers from the workplace. A temporary contract with full-time working hours is offered. Working shifts will be rotating, covering either 08:00–16:00 or 16:00–00:00.
