Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage basic accounting tasks in the accounts receivable department, working under supervision and with learning opportunities. The primary objective of this position is to manage basic tasks during a temporary replacement within an IT process in the accounts receivable department. The role will be performed under the supervision of the department head. **Tasks in the Accounts Receivable Department:** a) Receipt of promissory notes. b) Accounting for income from checks, matured promissory notes, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. c) Management of folders for signatures. d) Mail handling and preparation of courier packages. e) Filing and scanning. **Requirements:** a) Academic qualification: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration. b) Professional experience: No prior experience required, but minimum one year of experience is preferred. **Technical Skills:** a) Intermediate level (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) **Personal Competencies:** a) Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn. c) Positive, responsible, and collaborative attitude, with strong willingness to work in a team. **Working Conditions:** Minimum interprofessional salary Temporary contract for substitution during an IT process, contingent upon the employee’s registration with social security Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, split shift from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 19:00
