The **responsibilities** include: * Preparation and control of delivery notes. * Order management and receipt. * Issuance and follow-up of invoices. * Telephone support. * Data entry into banking institutions and other administrative tasks. * Direct client contact (both for order management and for invoice follow-up and dispute resolution). * Support in tasks related to personnel management and occupational health and safety.
