




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for administrative tasks with a multifunctional role covering public tender management, personnel control, procurement and finance, and support to management. Direct support to company management We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks in Cangas de Onís, Asturias. Main responsibilities include preparing and submitting bids for public tenders, as well as monitoring staff attendance across various sites. Field visits will also be conducted to supervise and follow up on personnel. The selected candidate will handle procurement management, supplier communication, invoice preparation and tracking, and accounts receivable. They will monitor the company’s income and expenses, manage Social Security registrations and deregistrations, prepare payroll, file tax declarations with the Tax Agency, and provide additional assistance to management. A university degree in Business Administration and Management, Law, or a related field is required; prior experience in managing public contracts and tenders is essential. Proficiency in office software—especially Excel and Word—is mandatory. Organizational skills, responsibility, and autonomy are highly valued. Immediate start is required, with a full-time working schedule of 8 hours per day and a monthly salary of 1,600 €.
