We are seeking administrative staff for a company in Mungia. Responsibilities will include managing orders, delivery notes, and CMR documents for carriers, as well as using AutoCAD for 2D design. The role also involves controlling inventory of raw materials and finished products, receiving materials from suppliers, and liaising with carriers to coordinate deliveries. Proficiency in Excel is required for unit conversions (meters, millimeters, centimeters) and telephone communication for order and logistics coordination. This is a full-time position, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours and corresponding statutory rest periods. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * We seek an initiative-driven, proactive individual with a positive work attitude. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is advantageous. * Immediate availability to start is required. * Strong Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Training in GM/GS Administration, Logistics, or related fields is advantageous.
