At Hill International Spain, a company specializing in project management within the construction sector, we are looking for a **Project Manager** with proven experience and high motivation to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects, with particular emphasis on **luxury residential and hospitality projects.** The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, consistently meeting the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This position represents an excellent opportunity for professionals with prior experience in technical site roles (e.g., production manager or site manager) who wish to transition into an **end-to-end project management role.** * Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, design, execution, and delivery. * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. * Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution. * Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as required. * Conduct risk analyses and define mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as industry-specific legislation. * Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. * Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and project documentation. * Degree preferably in Architecture; other degrees may be considered based on relevant experience. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management, technical consultancy, or similar roles within the construction/real estate sector. * Solid knowledge of construction processes, cost management, scheduling, and project control. * Fluent **English** ( **mandatory** ). * Detail-oriented with strong oral and written communication skills.
