Professional development Job Description A dynamic, rapidly expanding professional firm based in Madrid, specializing in comprehensive advisory services for companies and individuals. We deliver qualified, multidisciplinary services thanks to specialized departments covering each functional area (tax, accounting, labor, and legal). The selected candidate will assume full responsibility for the Labor Department, independently managing a broad client portfolio. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Employee onboarding and labor contracting. * Monthly payroll processing. * Submission of social security contributions (SILTRA system). * Affiliation status updates. * Monitoring of deadlines and preparation of employment contracts, extensions, and other documents (temporary, training, relief, indefinite-term, etc.). * Preparation of final settlement documents (finiquitos) and management of contract terminations (voluntary resignation, objective dismissal, unfair dismissal, disciplinary dismissal, etc.). * Registration of companies, self-employed individuals, and domestic employees, as well as related procedures before official bodies. * Calculation of IRPF withholding taxes. * Calculation and application of wage garnishments. * Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax forms (models 111 and 190\). * Management of sick leave (IT) and other permits (processing with Social Security and Delt@). * Contract registration via Contrat@. * Telephone support and advisory services to clients on labor matters, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable legislation. * Drafting of official correspondence addressed to public agencies (SEPE, Social Security, Labor Inspectorate, Courts, etc.). * Comprehensive labor advisory services: labor costs, employment contract types, bonuses, settlements, dismissals, disciplinary regime, medical leaves, application of collective bargaining agreements, among others. * Processing of subsidies and grants.
