You will join a dynamic Human Resources team to manage critical processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide comprehensive administrative support, assuming the following responsibilities: \-Payroll Management: Calculation, review, and reconciliation of monthly payrolls, bonuses, and final settlements. \-Coordination with Social Security and SEPE: Processing registrations, cancellations, and modifications. \-Personnel Administration: Contract management, absenteeism tracking, and database updates. ### **Requirements** \- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience managing complex payrolls. \- Advanced proficiency in labor management software (e.g., Berba HR; Grupo Castilla) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). \- Residence in Bergara or surrounding areas. ### **What We Offer** \- Competitive remuneration. \- Opportunity to join a solid and continuously growing project. \- Positive work environment. **ZITAP CONSULTORES** --------------------- More than an agency—we are your employment search ally.
