The selected candidate will join one of our teams based in Bilbao to deliver services for the Public Administration. Brief description of key responsibilities: * **Resolving tickets, implementing production changes (objects, users, websites, billing, etc.), handling requests via phone and work queues.** * **Regular use of Control-M, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux.** Technical Requirements: * **Proficiency in Windows; experience with Control-M, Active Directory, and ticketing tools is desirable.** * **Experience with Dynatrace monitoring tools.** * **Minimum prior experience in IT operations departments.** * **Strong communication skills and incident management capability.** Knowledge of and certifications in Basque (Euskera) will be considered a strong asset. **Requirements** At Inetum, we continue growing and expanding our team.
