Selected candidates will join one of our teams based in Bilbao, becoming part of an Operations / NOC team. Brief description of responsibilities: * Continuous monitoring of critical infrastructure and management of alarms and incidents using monitoring tools and operations platforms. * Initial diagnosis, remote resolution, and escalation of incidents related to systems, communications, management platforms, and distributed technology equipment. * Ticket management and tracking, application of operational procedures, coordination with specialized teams, and updating associated technical documentation. * Coordination with vendors, telecommunications operators, and external providers for incident resolution and service restoration. * Participation in 24x7 service operations, ensuring compliance with defined response times and established procedures. **Requirements** Technical requirements: * Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, as well as experience with ticketing and incident management tools. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, connectivity, mobile communications, and infrastructure incident resolution. * Experience or knowledge of monitoring tools, event management, and alarm handling. * Ability to interpret logs, perform technical diagnostics, and apply structured operational procedures. * Prior experience in operations departments, system operations, NOC centers, or technical support. * Strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to manage incidents in critical environments. * Technical English proficiency is mandatory.
