Eosol Group is currently expanding, with multiple vacancies open, facilitating the integration of valuable professionals. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Infrastructure Machinery Operator, your responsibilities will include, among others: * Expert and safe operation of civil engineering and railway construction machinery (dumpers, backhoes, loaders, etc.). * Execution of earthmoving, leveling, excavation, and loading tasks. * Performing specific tasks on slopes and embankments. * Transporting materials and debris within the worksite. * Basic maintenance and preventive inspections of assigned machinery. * Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Coordination with the construction team to ensure proper task execution. * Collaboration in optimizing resources and execution timelines. **Job Requirements:** * Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years operating infrastructure machinery. * Valid machinery operator license (current and applicable to the types of machinery to be operated). * Knowledge and experience in railway track renewal and civil engineering projects. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Commitment to workplace safety and quality. * Availability to work in Lugo and surrounding areas. **Preferred Qualifications (Non-Exclusive):** * Vocational training in civil engineering machinery or related fields. * Occupational risk prevention (ORP) courses specifically tailored to the construction and civil engineering sector. * Prior experience operating machinery specialized for slope work. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **Why Join Eosol Group?** At Eosol Group, we value our employees and offer a dynamic and professional work environment.
