




**Description:** ---------------- An industrial sector company, a leading player in the field of lifting and transport machinery, is seeking to hire a Maintenance Manager to ensure the proper operation, availability, and reliability of its fleet of equipment, including: self-propelled cranes (up to 700 Tn), concrete pumps, crane trucks, transport units, and a wide range of lifting machinery. The selected candidate will coordinate the mechanical team, manage spare parts and replacements, and ensure effective technical support for both customers and operators. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment and vehicles, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, and safety standards. * Plan and supervise the work of technical and mechanical staff, assigning tasks and monitoring the quality of interventions. * Monitor inventory and order spare parts and materials, maintaining smooth communication with suppliers and external technical services. * Diagnose faults and provide technical support for complex repairs, both in the workshop and on-site when necessary. * Manage documentation and track technical inspections (ITV, safety checks, certifications, etc.). * Coordinate with the operations and customer service departments to provide rapid solutions for equipment issues during operation. * Prepare periodic reports on fleet status, maintenance costs, and workshop productivity. * Implement and oversee safety procedures and best practices within the maintenance area. Split working hours approximately from 8:00 to 18:00, with a 2-hour lunch break. **Requirements:** --------------- Technical education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Machinery Maintenance, or related Technical Engineering degree. Additional training in team management or industrial maintenance is desirable. Minimum experience: 5 years in maintenance of industrial machinery, public works equipment, or lifting systems.
