If you value personal relationships, business empathy, and want your work to translate into real success for SMEs, we would love to meet you! **The Heart of Your Mission: Being a Trusted Consultant** Your role will extend beyond administrative management, focusing on **proactive advisory** and building strong relationships: * **Personalized Advisory:** Serve as the primary accounting and tax contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering clear, tailored solutions aligned with their specific needs. * **Comprehensive Accounting Management:** Lead the full accounting cycle—from initial recording through preparation and submission of mandatory annual documentation (Official Ledgers, Annual Financial Statements). * **Strategic Tax Vision:** Ensure regulatory compliance (General Accounting Plan, Spanish Tax Agency) and actively identify **tax optimization opportunities** to maximize client benefits (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax). * **Financial Diagnosis:** Analyze accounting information to produce reporting and projections that support clients’ business decision-making. * **Value Communication:** Translate technical data into **understandable information**, acting as the client’s principal consultant. **Essential Requirements for Closeness and Excellence** * **Education:** University degree in Economics/Business Administration (Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance) or a related postgraduate qualification. * **Advisory Experience:** Proven, substantial experience in the **advisory or management services sector** in Spain, with direct and recurring client interaction. * **Technical Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations. * **Tools:** Proficiency in widely used market accounting management software. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Outstanding **listening skills**, **empathy**, excellent oral and written **communication**, and a clear service orientation. **Our Value Proposition (Client’s Offer)** * **Stability:** Long-term position with an **Indefinite Contract** (*contrato indefinido*) and full-time schedule. * **Compensation:** Competitive salary package commensurate with your client-facing experience and technical expertise. * **Culture:** A collaborative work environment with a strong focus on team well-being and service quality. * **Development:** Training opportunities for continuous development of both technical and business soft skills.
