Preparation of requirements and system definition documents within the scope of Platform Control. Definition, evaluation, and validation of the most efficient integration of various platform equipment/systems. Definition and development of full platform functionality, both locally and remotely. Design of operational control centers. Design of systems included in and related to Internal Security. Participation in working groups with the Customer and Suppliers. **Project Monitoring and Control:** Management of relationships with Customer inspection and Classification Society. Response to and implementation of comments. Verification and validation of requirements. Preparation of Detailed Specifications for the Control System. Preparation of Technical Purchase Specifications. Evaluation/comparison of supplier offers for supplier selection. Preparation of the interface list. Preparation of the signal list. Definition and review of communication protocols for various interfaces. Coordination of the interface/signal list with the Platform Control System cabling. Coordination of the interface/signal list with the functional definition of the Platform Control System.
