Training plan **Description:** ---------------- At **CAD \& BIM SERVICES**, we specialize in BIM methodology and are currently involved in developing the main **BIM** implementation projects in **Spain**. Over our **15+ years of experience**, we have completed more than **1\.000 national and international projects**, requiring multidisciplinary teams, continuous innovation, and application of novel techniques across various disciplines. We carry out design and calculation of projects using our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our services include both proprietary projects and technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset managers. Additionally, we provide **BIM and technological advisory and consulting services** to companies at different stages. We are currently recruiting a **BUILDING ELECTRICAL ENGINEER** in **BILBAO, BASQUE COUNTRY.** **Responsibilities:** * Design and calculation of electrical installations, lighting, etc. * Technical reports and calculation justifications. * Supervision of drafting \- modeling. * Preparation of measurements and budgets. * Coordination with utilities and suppliers. * On-site monitoring, including: tender management / supervision of electrical installation execution: execution control, commissioning and testing / preparation of minutes and reports / coordination with suppliers and subcontractors, utility providers, and public authorities / supervision of tests and commissioning. **What We Offer:** * Long-term project \+12 months * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a leading engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start your career with a pioneering company in the engineering sector, we look forward to hearing from you!** **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of experience (at least 3 years in Spain) * Experience in developing electrical projects for logistics warehouses, data processing centers, and singular and tertiary buildings. * Experience in design and calculation of electrical installations covering: LV and MV electrical installations, lighting, and power systems. * Preparation of technical documentation: reports, specifications, budgets. * Proficiency in Caneco, Dialux, Presto, etc., or similar software. * English (C1\) \- Fluent both orally and in writing. * On-site monitoring.
