





From Grupo Babesten, we are seeking an HR Administrative Staff member to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals at our Gasteiz offices. Your mission will be to provide administrative support to management in the functions and responsibilities related to the administrative and accounting management of the center, as well as specific personnel management tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** Regarding center organization: * In-person and telephone assistance * Drive platform management * Order control, filing, and mail handling. Regarding personnel management: * **Managing** employee hires, terminations, and employment changes. * **Drafting** employment contracts, amendments, and agreements. * **Preparing payrolls and assisting employees** with payroll inquiries. * **Processing** sick leave (IT) and work accident (AT) claims**.** * **Registering** company certificates. * **Settling** Social Security contributions. * **Processing** taxes and subsidies. * **Updating** personnel database and documentation. * Ensuring the company **complies with labor and Social Security regulations**, as well as corresponding **audits**. * Preparing **HR** reports. * Education: Degree in Labor Relations or Higher Vocational Training in Administration or Finance. * Previous experience: 2 years in a similar position. * Specific knowledge: SAGE 200, Sistema Red, Siltra, Delt@, Contrat@, Certificad@s. * Languages: Basque C1
