DESCRIPTION Fundación SAFA seeks an administrative professional to perform the duties of Center Administrator for a temporary replacement at our Écija center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper economic, administrative, and asset management of the center, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, accounting reliability, budget execution, and effective coordination with Central Management, the Managing Director, and the Leadership Team. A minimum of three years’ experience in similar positions is required. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organization and contribute to its operational and financial success. A temporary replacement contract is offered, with working hours and remuneration governed by the VII Collective Agreement for Privately Funded Education (fully or partially supported by public funds). Main responsibilities include: * Recording all the center’s economic transactions in the accounting system. * Monitoring and controlling the budget in coordination with Central Management. * Verifying and reconciling accounting balances. * Preparing the annual budget and the draft budget for the following fiscal year. * Archiving and safeguarding accounting and administrative documentation. * Processing authorized collections and payments. * Preparing periodic economic reports. * Managing inventory, maintenance, and general services. * Settling fees, grants, and subsidies. * Conducting banking operations according to granted powers. * Updating the personnel database and reporting personnel changes. * Submitting payroll and labor-related data. * Preparing employment contracts and implementing remuneration decisions. * Reviewing expense justifications and supporting accountability reporting. * Coordinating Administrative and Services staff. * Handling economic claims and supporting implementation of the collective agreement. * Performing any other duties assigned by the entity holding authority. Application deadline: January 20, 2026, at 14:00 REQUIREMENTS **Education** * **Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, or equivalent.** A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Relations, or related fields is desirable. * Solid knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and administrative management. **Experience** * Minimum three years’ experience in similar accounting, budgetary, or administrative roles. * Proficient use of accounting software and office tools (especially Excel). * Experience in document management and administrative archiving. Experience interacting with auditors, consultants, or economic departments.
