Positive work environment within a dynamic and collaborative team Job Information Job ID ZR\_1046\_JOB Opening Date 23/12/2025 Sector Accounting Employment Type Full-time Work Experience \+5 years City Málaga State/Province Málaga Country Spain Postal Code 29001 Job Description A construction company specializing in renovations and currently experiencing rapid growth seeks to strengthen its administrative-finance team by hiring an **Accountant**/**Finance Professional** to support daily management and process improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Issuance and management of invoices. * Invoice payment processing, invoice payment tracking, and payroll payments. * Preparation and submission of documentation to the tax and legal advisory firm (gestoría). * Accounting recording and control. * Preparation and submission of financial and statutory reports. * ERP system handling and implementation related to administration and accounting. * Analytical accounting per project and cost tracking, supporting site managers and reporting to senior management. * Collaborate in improving internal reporting processes Requirements * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, or related field. * Prior experience in accounting and administrative functions (minimum 5 years). * Experience in analytical accounting and construction cost control. * ERP system proficiency and ability to lead its implementation in the administrative/accounting area. * Proficiency in office tools and accounting software. * Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of working autonomously. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of taxation and labor law. * Experience in fast-growing company environments. * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Foreign language skills.
