Opportunity for growth within a dynamic professional environment. **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Technical Architect to join an architecture studio located in Las Arenas (Getxo), specializing in building construction, renovations, rehabilitation, urban planning, and architectural competitions. The ideal candidate will bring experience, technical rigor, and enthusiasm for continued professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You will become part of the studio’s technical team, actively contributing to the technical and economic management of construction projects, budget preparation, and coordination among all parties involved in the projects. You will have the opportunity to engage in residential and retail projects, ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, and proper execution of works. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of budgets, quantity take-offs, and economic control of construction projects. * Technical supervision and monitoring of construction works, both on-site and in coordination with subcontractors. * Handling of technical drawings in AutoCAD. * Management of permits, administrative procedures, and official documentation. * Supporting the architecture team in making technical and design-related decisions. A fixed annual gross salary between €26,000 and €35,000 is offered, plus variable compensation. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Technical Architecture / Quantity Surveying. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential and/or retail building projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Presto. * Valid EU driving license (Category B) and personal vehicle. * Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented individual, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
