We are looking for a **Subsidy Management and Administrative Processing Technician**, responsible for end-to-end management of public subsidies and grants, as well as handling inspections, official requests, and communications—ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining proper relations with various public administrations. **What do we offer?:** * One-year contract with genuine potential for internal growth * Official training in administrative management or customer service, fully funded by the company * Part-time schedule of **26 hours per week** (Monday–Friday mornings) * Approximately €920 gross per month **Your main responsibilities will include:** * End-to-end management of public subsidies and grants (application, tracking, and justification) * Processing files before public administrations * Responding to inspections, official requests, and documentary audits * Maintaining administrative documentation and records * Coordinating with other departments, clients, and external accounting firms * Accreditation of new centers **Essential Requirements:** * Currently unemployed * Beneficiary of the **Youth Guarantee Scheme** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office REQUIREMENTS * One year of experience in similar roles * High school diploma (Bachillerato) * Desirable: knowledge of Chinese language * Familiarity with administrative procedures and public platforms * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities Would you like to be part of a project with future prospects?
