At Higuerón Resort, we are seeking a results-oriented Reservation Agent with strong commercial aptitude. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and process individual and group reservations via direct channels, OTAs, travel agencies, corporate accounts, and B2B/B2C platforms. * Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other channels, providing clear information regarding availability, rates, policies, and conditions. * Accurately enter, modify, and cancel reservations in the PMS. * Verify and keep availability, rates, and restrictions up to date according to instructions from the Reservation Manager or Revenue Manager. * Identify errors in rate or inventory loading and report them promptly. * Support the implementation of promotions, marketing campaigns, and commercial offers. * Manage residence and/or vacation rental reservations, ensuring adherence to defined standards. * Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Sales, Marketing) to ensure a seamless guest experience. * Comply with internal procedures and company policies. **REQUIREMENTS** * Previous experience of 1–3 years as a Reservation Agent or in similar roles within hospitality or vacation rental sectors. * Knowledge and proficiency in PMS and Channel Manager systems (RMS experience is an advantage). * Intermediate-level Excel skills and administrative capabilities. * Spanish and English (additional languages are an advantage). * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
