Our culture is built upon **continuous improvement**, **efficiency**, **innovation**, and the **well-being of the people** who make up our group. **What Will You Do Daily?** You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of custom projects—meeting deadlines, technical specifications, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include: * End-to-end project management: Coordinating execution with Planning, Procurement, Production, Back Office, and Quality teams. * Customer liaison: Serving as the primary contact during execution, validating BOQs, timelines, and requirements. * Technical and documentation control: Managing project documentation with Engineering and ensuring complete and compliant delivery. * Cost and schedule tracking: Monitoring budget and overseeing progress to meet objectives. * Continuous improvement: Documenting lessons learned and collaborating on technical qualification of new components and technical studies for complex proposals. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek professionals meeting the following requirements: * Education: Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering. * Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years managing electrical or industrial projects. * Languages: Technical English level B1+ (higher level is advantageous). * Competencies: Technical profile, detail-oriented, planning and coordination skills, customer orientation. **Desired Qualifications:** * Regulatory knowledge: BT, UL, IEC, CE. * Experience with electrical switchgear, BESS, or substations. * Advanced proficiency in CAD and technical ERP tools. **Competencies We Value:** * Autonomy and proactivity. * Initiative. * Teamwork capability. * Flexibility. * Adaptability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Problem-solving ability. * Rigor. **What Do We Offer?** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a solid, innovative, and expanding company. * Stable contract and professional development on strategic projects. * Positive work environment and people-centered culture. * Continuous training and involvement in high-impact projects. **Interested?** Apply directly—and if you know someone who fits, please share!
