Preventive Maintenance: * Development and management of the existing preventive maintenance plan and implementation of improvements and new preventive\-predictive maintenance programs. * Development and management of the plant’s CMMS. Preparation of inspection sheets and updating and digitizing existing ones. * Planning and scheduling of tasks and resources. Coordination and management of maintenance teams (in\-house and contractors) and supervision of technicians executing tasks (work permits, procedures, etc.). * Data analysis and report generation. Development of KPIs to measure maintenance effectiveness. * Management of technical documentation and preparation of work procedures. Integration of documentation into the CMMS. Warehouse and Spare Parts Management: * Requesting quotations and placing orders for the department. * Design, organization and structuring of warehouses. * Digitization of spare parts in the CMMS. Inventory and spare parts control. Other Responsibilities: * Acting as backup for shift maintenance supervisors. * Collaborating in the analysis and resolution of breakdowns.
