**Job Description**
The selected candidate will join a service we provide to a public agency focused on user and group management, and logical access to services and applications. The main responsibilities include:
* Role and permission management for users and groups
* Identity management, standardization, and review for users.
* Logical access control and compliance with security regulations.
* Implementation and execution of user certification processes.
**Requirements**
* Minimum **2 years of experience** in similar roles
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Ticket management (Jira preferred)
* User administration (AD, Azure)
* Basic O365 knowledge
* Fundamental PowerShell knowledge
* Experience interacting with end users and coordinating with other service providers
* Experience in CAU N1/Microinformatics
**Desirable**
* AZ\-900, MS\-900, or other Microsoft certifications related to identities, Azure, or O365
* ITIL Foundation
Basque language proficiency will be valued.

* Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues related to access and security, and to devise effective and efficient solutions.
* Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders—including technical and non-technical teams—is crucial for explaining governance policies and procedures.
