Experience in managing customer communications—both by telephone and through other channels—is required, ensuring high-quality service and effective resolution of all inquiries. Strong interpersonal skills, good listening ability, and a clear orientation toward customer satisfaction are essential. Proficiency in office software and customer management systems will be valued. Typical responsibilities include handling incoming calls, managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing simple documents, and providing general support to the administrative department. A high level of professionalism and discretion is expected. We are looking for a self-motivated individual capable of working independently and adapting to a dynamic work environment, with opportunities for continued learning and skill development. A Basic Vocational Training qualification, PCPI, or PGS is required; at least one year of relevant experience—particularly in customer service or call center roles—is preferred. A C1 level of English proficiency is mandatory for fluent communication. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 9:00 to 16:00.
