From Barcelona to the world, we have spent over a decade reinventing the way people experience electronic music and culture, and now we want to take the brand to the next level—and for that, we are looking for talent to join our big family, specifically within our Brand and Marketing team. **Currently, we need to hire a Commercial Assistant role for our offices in Bilbao.** As a **Commercial Assistant** in the elrow and Monegros Festival commercial team, you will join elrow's commercial department to provide direct support to the Commercial Director in managing booking processes, documentation and internal coordination. This is a key role for business development and commercial management, working closely with promoters and ensuring information flows efficiently between internal teams, departments and external collaborators. Requirements **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Highly detail-oriented, methodical, proactive and organized individual. Obsessed with order and efficiency. * Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or similar. * 2\-3 years of experience through internships or support roles in commercial or booking departments. * Very high level of English (written and spoken). * Availability to attend events and work weekends when necessary. * Soft skills: organization, initiative, attention to detail, proactivity, results orientation, motivation.
