What would your responsibilities be? **Plan and supervise teams:** You will organize and lead work teams, ensuring effective and high-quality execution of financial audits. **Client and project management:** You will maintain client relationships, serving as their main point of contact and advising them on any needs they may have. **Economic management of projects:** You will be responsible for the financial management of the projects you lead. **Prepare reports and conclusions:** You will prepare detailed conclusions and reports providing clear insights and informed decisions for both the client and the engagement partner. **Coaching and training:** You will be responsible for mentoring, training, and developing team members to support their professional growth. What are we looking for? **Academic profile:** Graduates in Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, preferably with a master's degree in accounting and auditing. **Leadership and management:** We are looking for organized, innovative, results-oriented individuals with strong leadership and team management capabilities. **Experience:** 6 to 10 years of experience in auditing, with proven team management skills. **Language skills:** English proficiency (minimum B2 level); knowledge of other languages, especially French, is valued. **Technical skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Availability:** Willingness and ability to travel and possession of a valid driver's license are essential.
