**About the Position** We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and Django to join our team. You will be part of a small, agile consultancy where your work has direct impact: you will develop complete solutions for clients in Spain and France, ranging from enterprise management platforms to AI-powered automation systems. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow technically, work autonomously, and engage in varied projects without the bureaucracy typical of large corporations. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with a small team of developers. **Responsibilities** Develop and maintain full web applications using Django for the backend and HTML/CSS/JavaScript for the frontend Participate in the technical design of solutions for clients across various sectors (retail, logistics, insurance, finance, real estate) Integrate external APIs and services into developed platforms Collaborate with the team on continuous code improvement and adherence to best practices Communicate directly with French-speaking clients to understand requirements and resolve technical questions **Requirements** **Mandatory:** Minimum 1 year of experience in web development Python and Django HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time **Preferred:** Conversational French (minimum B1 level) Experience with automation libraries: Selenium, Pywinauto, BeautifulSoup4 Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Experience with Git Familiarity with Agile methodologies **Conditions** 100% remote ⏰ 30 hours per week with flexible schedule (expandable) €16,500–€18,500 gross per year (depending on experience) Position type: Permanent contract Salary: €16,500.00–€18,500.00 per year Benefits: * Company-provided meals * Company events * Flexible working hours * Option for a permanent contract * Optional telecommuting Work location: Remote
