Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and Social Security requirements At Grupo Babesten, we are looking for an HR Administrator. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Management** of employee onboarding, offboarding, and labor status changes. * **Preparation** of employment contracts, amendments, and agreements. * **Payroll preparation and employee support**, including addressing payroll-related inquiries. * **Processing** of sick leave (IT) and work-related accident (AT) reports. * **Registration** of company certificates. * **Settlement** of Social Security contributions. * **Processing** of taxes and subsidies. * **Updating** the personnel database and personnel files. * Ensuring the company **complies with labor legislation** and Social Security regulations, as well as their corresponding **audits**. * Preparation of **HR reports**. * Education: Degree in Labor Relations or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration or Finance. * Prior experience: 2 years in a similar role. * Specific knowledge: SAGE 200, Sistema Red, Siltra, Delt@, Contrat@, Certificad@s.
