Job Summary: We are seeking an R&D Test Technician to perform R&D testing on power electronics components, coordinate, monitor, and report test results. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into a young, dynamic, and technologically advanced team Ingeteam, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire an R&D Test Technician for its Converters & Controls Technology Area in Zamudio. Your mission will be to conduct R&D tests on power electronics components, participate in the preparation and design of such tests, and manage and evolve test benches. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform R&D tests on power electronics components. * Coordinate test definition with responsible engineers. * Monitor test execution. * Report test results and anomalies to engineers. * Support and interact with test bench users to resolve queries; receive and log incidents. * Collaborate with R&D to propose improvement actions, resolve incidents, and track action items. * Contribute to the evolution of test benches. * Organize required materials for tests. * Generate internal-use documentation. **Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP) in Electricity/Electronics or equivalent. * Office software proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in a similar role. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Initiative, commitment to continuous improvement, quality, results, and customer orientation.
