Job Description Mission: Collaborate with and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to enhance both decision-making and project execution processes through your work. You are responsible for executing service contracts. You plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure services are delivered in accordance with specifications and agreed costs. Common responsibilities include: managing contracts, preparing budget estimates, planning and scheduling service phases, supervising subcontractor and subordinate staff activities, verifying work quality throughout all service phases, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Comprehensive Service and Operations Management: coordinate service opening, closing, and operations; supervise management tools and compliance with service and productivity KPIs; maintain appropriate response times and reporting to the client. * Contract Financial Management: control and monitoring of the profit-and-loss account, costs, invoicing, variances, etc. * Resource and Procurement Management: plan and manage procurement of materials, consumables, and equipment; supervise subcontracting and supplier compliance; control budgets and correct variances. * Personnel Management: ensure personnel documentation and training; manage hiring, termination, schedule changes, and labor relations; monitor absenteeism and team performance. * Continuous Improvement and Development: identify improvement opportunities and drive development plans; propose business optimization initiatives; participate in technical and economic studies. * Health and Safety: collaborate in occupational health and safety management; detect and analyze accident/incident risks; coordinate medical examinations and compliance with safety measures.
