We also offer solutions with the application of vacuum and high vacuum technologies for traditional and high-tech industries in the energy and aerospace sectors, as well as scientific experimentation.** **Apply now and become part of our team!** **Job Description** We are looking for an INTERNAL CONTROL SUPPORT for the GBS department, for our offices in Terrassa (Spain). \***Mission**\* : Ensure the effectiveness of the internal control system and regulatory compliance, supporting the continuous improvement of processes and controls. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze, monitor, and improve internal control systems (ICS) within the finance function * Identify risks and weaknesses in financial processes * Support the implementation and enhancement of control measures * Assist in internal and external audits * Prepare reports and provide recommendations for risk mitigation * Collaborate with finance, accounting, and compliance teams **Requirements** **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field * 2 years of experience in internal controls analysis, preferably in finance or accounting * Fluency in English and Spanish * Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS and COSO) * Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis * Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills * Excellent teamwork and communication skills * Certifications in Internal Controls or Audit are a plus **Additional Information** For Syntegon and its subsidiaries, diversity is a key concern.
