DESCRIPTION **Automotive sector business group** located in Bilbao seeks to hire an **INSURANCE DEPARTMENT MANAGER** to oversee the **Euskadi region, IRRUETA office**. **OFFERED**: * **Indefinite-term**, full-time contract. * Salary composed of a **fixed + variable** component. * Opportunity to join a company in a position of responsibility, managing a department (**2 direct reports**). * **Reimbursement of representation expenses** incurred during client visits. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:30–13:30 and 15:30–18:30**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **COORDINATION** of the company’s Insurance Department. * Monitoring and tracking of sales through CRM-based management. * Joint definition with Management of **DEPARTMENTAL OBJECTIVES**. * Setting **OBJECTIVES FOR TEAM MEMBERS** under supervision. * Team coordination and **RESULTS MONITORING**. * **POLICY SALES**. * Managing relationships with insurance companies. * **REGULAR REPORTING TO MANAGEMENT** on departmental results. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in a similar role. * Completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related field. * Strong digital skills: **Office suite**, **insurance management software**, social media. * Knowledge of Basque, French, or English is desirable. * Insurance broker certification is a plus. * Willingness to travel occasionally within the Basque Country and Barcelona. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Residence in the **Durango area** or nearby.
