Contributing to internal communication and content creation JOB DESCRIPTION **Purpose of the Position** Provide support in implementing the operational lines of the departments comprising the Policy, Campaigns and Advocacy Department, with the aim of enhancing advocacy capacity, strengthening the organization’s narrative, and driving change in defense of and promotion of the rights of refugees and persons in need of international protection, while also supporting the organization’s fundraising strategy. Reports directly to the Territorial Coordination of the Delegation. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders involved in advocacy actions and campaigns to ensure their successful implementation. * Promote, organize, and monitor advocacy actions and campaigns within the Delegation. * Coordinate with central services on implementing the annual operational plan, under the guidance of territorial coordination. * Organize and participate in various events within the Delegation. * Participate in the formulation, execution, monitoring, and reporting of projects within the department. * Support media relations by responding to requests for information, testimonials, or statements. * Contribute to developing content and materials to reinforce the organization’s narrative and actions. * Contribute to internal communication; disseminate internally implemented activities.
