After receiving the task list from the design lead and addressing those tasks according to project standards, you must plan and identify modeling issues, assess their impact on project scheduling, and report findings to the project lead. Additionally, your daily work will include creating and developing the BIM model based on information and documents provided by the design team—building families and various elements comprising the models. You will also generate and issue project documentation directly from the model \[drawings], including legends, construction details, and 2D schematics for each individual installation system. All this will be achieved through proper coordination with other members of the BIM team to ensure model and project documentation consistency; guaranteeing quality and resolving assigned clash-related issues. How will you do it? * You will join a team composed of professionals with diverse academic backgrounds and varied experience, enabling you to develop an interesting and enriching perspective. * BIM Model Development in Civil 3D: Creation and development of discipline-specific 3D BIM models for Civil Engineering, including integration of MEP information into the project’s overall model. * Technical Documentation Generation in Civil 3D: Production of detailed technical documentation, including construction drawings, installation schematics, and MEP component lists. * Implementation of BIM Best Practices: Application of BIM best practices to improve efficiency in modeling, coordination, and MEP documentation. * Identification and Resolution of Conflicts: Proactive detection and resolution of interdisciplinary conflicts prior to construction to prevent issues during project execution. * MEP Data Management: Organization and management of data related to MEP systems, including equipment specifications, performance data, and technical characteristics. * Training and Support: Providing training and support to team members on effective use of BIM tools and MEP methodologies. What do you need to fit this role? * Technical education in Civil Engineering, with knowledge of installations, building construction, mechanics, or electricity. * Good command of English (B2 level or higher). * Demonstrable experience of at least three years in linear infrastructure installation projects using Civil 3D. Experience with clash analysis using Navisworks is also desirable. * Project setup and modeling in Civil 3D within BIM360/ACC. * Generation and extraction of graphical documentation from modeling. * Resolution of issues identified by project coordinators. * Experience in civil works, network, or installation projects. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Proactive attitude and strong eagerness to learn.
