We are looking for a Project Specialist with experience in the construction sector to manage strategic projects across the Basque Country, Cantabria, Aragon, and the Balearic Islands. The selected candidate will join our Engineering team. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? The main responsibilities of the selected candidate will be: * Coordinate resources to achieve the objectives set for each project. * Disseminate knowledge and key business opportunities related to these landmark projects. * Maximize technical-commercial relationships with key decision-makers involved in civil works and non-residential building projects. * Collaborate actively with the engineering department to jointly prepare technical proposals that highlight our brand. Promote BIM services in projects. * Lead training sessions and seminars for technical audiences influential in their projects. * Implement construction services on their project platform. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED? * Education: Engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Civil Engineering) or Architecture. * Knowledge or experience in holistic project management (end-to-end). * Prior experience in technical and/or commercial fields. * Experience managing complex commercial agreements, meeting sales targets and execution plans while ensuring profitability and quality. * Results-oriented mindset with ability to engage third parties. * Willingness to travel. * English language proficiency at B2 level.
