




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop and supervise construction projects, manage budgets, coordinate materials and installations, and provide direct customer service in Burgos. Assembly coordination and customer service We are looking for a candidate to develop projects for a construction company based in Burgos. Main responsibilities will include product evolution, understanding customer needs to offer additional solutions, and detailed preparation of renovation projects. The position also involves direct site supervision, creation and monitoring of accurate budgets, and close collaboration with the procurement department to ensure availability of required materials. Additionally, the role includes assembly coordination, direct customer service, and tracking of all sales. A full-time working schedule is offered, comprising 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The schedule will be split-shift, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. Vocational training certificate (GS) in mechanical manufacturing design, building projects or similar, civil engineering projects or similar.
