We are seeking personnel for general tasks on construction sites. Main responsibilities include assisting site supervisors in preparing and maintaining work areas. This includes activities such as cutting materials, minor demolition, land clearing and backfilling, drilling, installing conduits for wiring, soil compaction, manual excavation, grading work, and other auxiliary tasks. Preparation of mixtures—including concrete, mortar, plaster, gypsum, cement, and lime—both manually and using specialized machinery, is also required. Additionally, support will be provided for foundation work and the installation of prefabricated elements, cladding, enclosures, tiling, flooring, and paving, contributing to the overall progress of the construction project. Prior experience as a construction laborer for a minimum of six months is valued but not mandatory. It is essential that interested candidates reside in the municipality of Navia or nearby localities. This position offers an indefinite-term employment contract with full-time working hours, and remuneration will comply with the collective agreement applicable to the construction sector.
