As a **Payroll Specialist**, you will join the corporate HR team and your main objective will be to manage personnel administration across several of our companies in Spain, ensuring regulatory compliance and process efficiency. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Management of employment contracts and formalization of labour documentation. * Preparation and review of payrolls, social security contributions and related documentation. * Registration, deregistration and modifications in the Social Security system. * Monitoring and control of absenteeism, management of temporary incapacity (IT) cases and other labour incidents. * Processing of social security documentation and other administrative procedures with Social Security. * Support during labour audits and regulatory compliance activities. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Labour Relations or equivalent. * Minimum five years’ prior experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Contrat@, Sistema Red and Siltra. * Knowledge of the tourism sector and/or flexible remuneration is considered an advantage. * SAP knowledge is considered an advantage. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail and internal customer orientation. **What do we offer?** * Dynamic and challenging work environment. * Flexible Compensation Plan: Health Insurance, Nursery Services and Training at special rates. * Work-Life Balance Policy (flexible working hours and teleworking). * Access to our annual training catalogue and Study Assistance Programme for external courses. * Complimentary stays at our hotels and employee discounts. #LI-DNP #LI-DNI
