At ONCE, we are seeking a First-Level Building and Facilities Maintenance Officer for an indefinite-term position at our Territorial Delegation in Murcia. WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS? * Coordinate and supervise all preventive and corrective maintenance work on buildings and facilities. * Monitor facility inspections and ensure that any issues identified are resolved. * Contract and manage external companies for maintenance tasks. * Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations at all times. * Contribute to launching occupational risk prevention and sustainability management systems, coordinating the implementation of all necessary measures to ensure compliance. * Implement and supervise measures to improve energy efficiency and sustainability of facilities. * Manage and keep updated Building Management Systems (BMS) and home automation systems in facilities. * Perform basic maintenance tasks—such as replacing light fixtures, minor plumbing repairs, painting, etc.—as needed. (Desirable Requirements) * Ability to work in a team and empathy. * Communication skills. * Initiative. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention legislation. * Knowledge of logistics and stock management. * Valid driver’s license. * Prior experience in managing BMS and home automation systems. * RITE certification. * Fluorinated Gas Handler certification. * Specialist Electrical Installer certification. * Legionella Minor Operations course. * Basic Prevention course (50–60 hours, as per collective agreement). * Working at Height course. * Mobile Elevated Work Platform operation course. * Environmental Sustainability training/course.
