Production Operator with Bridge Crane

Direct employment with the company We are looking for personnel for the position of production operator in the Legutiano area, Álava. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the work team according to the production manager's instructions, ensuring compliance with quality and production standards. They will also supervise order and cleanliness in the area, with daily and essential operation of the bridge crane. Requirements include holding a valid bridge crane operator license and proficiency in operating it. A Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP II) or equivalent qualification is valued; candidates must be responsible and organized, with knowledge of blueprint interpretation and use of measuring instruments such as calipers or micrometers. Teamwork capability is also required. Employment is direct with the company. The standard working schedule is a single morning shift from 8:00 to 16:00, with possible adjustment to a 6:00–14:00 schedule. The initial salary ranges between €28,000 and €30,000 gross per year, with opportunities for professional and salary advancement in a friendly and stable work environment.
