Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Job Summary:** In this role, you will perform documented inspections to verify part compliance with drawings, procedures, specifications, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for the content of the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and the project quality plan, in accordance with customer, Flowserve, and international standards. Additionally, the Inspector is responsible for defining, advising on, and controlling all quality control documentation required for the project. The QC Inspector reports directly to the QC Supervisor/Manager. **Your Role:** * Document dimensional and visual inspections according to applicable drawings or procedures. * Document non-conforming material using the NCR (Non-Conforming Material) process. * Review and verify internal and external supplier, welder, and NDT personnel qualifications against applicable requirements. * Review and approve supplier manufacturing and test documents and procedures, and manage their approval by the customer, end customer, and authorized inspection agency where required. * Prepare and define test and inspection requirements for assigned projects, such as ITPs and purchase specifications. * Perform any other assigned tasks. **Your Profile:** * Knowledge of welding, NDT, and quality systems. * Familiarity with quality standards, national and international laws and regulations. * Knowledge of inspection equipment used in machining, assembly, and testing. * Proficient use of CMM is an advantage. * Flexible, eager to learn, detail-oriented, analytical, and positive-minded. * Flexibility and willingness to travel. * Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills. * Problem-solving skills. * Operational excellence and high level of customer service. * High school diploma / GED and/or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
