You will report to the **Southern Europe Environment, Health \& Safety Manager** and work closely with colleagues in Spain and Portugal. Do you want to be that person? **As an EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:** * **Support and drive implementation of the company's EH\&S management system**, ensuring compliance with national legislation across all Industrial Gases businesses in Spain and Portugal. * **Perform internal and external audits**, primarily in the areas of Occupational Health and Safety and Seveso regulations. * **Provide Health and Safety support** to various operational sites within the organization, including: + Participating in the design and delivery of training programs, providing advice and support in applying regulations, standards, and global corporate EH\&S tools. + Leading or assisting in accident and incident investigations. + Conducting job-specific risk assessments. + Performing audits according to the corporate audit plan and program. + Verifying implementation and follow-up of corrective actions. + Participating in drafting and implementing Emergency Response Plans, Safety Reports for major accidents, Explosive Atmosphere Assessments, and other related documentation. * **Support plant managers** during maintenance activities, plant shutdowns, and audits. **What are we looking for?** * **Languages:** High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
