Within the Innovation Area, we require the incorporation of a *Lab Assistance* to support the R\+D department in preparing general materials and maintaining and cleaning equipment and laboratories. **Your Responsibilities** * Restock general laboratory supplies. Maintain order of equipment and workspace, reporting any anomalies. * Manage and maintain warehouse organization under the supervision of the responsible person. * Participate in preventive maintenance of equipment. * Manage disposal of chemical/biological waste from laboratories. * Organize cleaning and restocking of laboratory coats. * Perform established analytical tests. * Conduct controls of established parameters. * Record data and maintain accurate documentation of experiments performed. * Resolve problems and make independent decisions. You will be able to recognize and resolve out-of-specification variations. * Collaborate to identify, develop, and implement process improvements. * Carry out any other related tasks assigned. **Who You Are** * You hold a CFGM or CFGS qualification in the field of biosciences and/or chemistry. * You have laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical sector or similar; experience in molecular biology and immunoassay is valued. * You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * You are a rigorous, organized, detail-oriented individual with strong adaptability and teamwork skills. **What We Offer** Being part of Grifols means the opportunity to work in an internationally oriented environment that promotes equal opportunities.
